Pet Policy: Cats and dogs are welcome. Maximum two pets per apartment. No weight limit. Monthly fees: $50 per dog and $35 per cat. Non-refundable fee: $350 per household. Breed restrictions and other limitations apply.

We were living in a gated community and slowly seen over a 5 year period certain amenities that were included Read Morein our amenity fee taken away or became very limited. However we were still paying the fee. The secured community wasn't secure anyone could drive in past security. So we started looking and the Northwood community is a beautiful quiet friendly community thus far. We love our upgraded apartment.

Clean, quiet, safe, smaller community with friendly but not nosey neighbors. Bit of a secluded, private, natur Read Moree feeling, tucked nicely just enough off 22, with convenient, shopping, and close access routes north to 78. If I didn't have the opportunity to relocate back to FL I would probably continue to stay here.
