SDK Greenbrook Gardens

My boyfriend and I showed up on Saturday to take a tour of one of their newly renovated apartments. We were told they had new plank flooring, granite countertops, new stainless steel appliances and newly renovated bathrooms. We specifically asked to see one of the new apartments. The apartment we were shown had NONE of that. There was no kitchen counter and the appliances were FILTHY. The bathroom was certainly not renovated as it looked like it hadnt been updated in 40 years. We were HIGHLY disappointed and it was a huge waste of time. How do they even feel comfortable showing an apartment like this?

Ive been here 6 years in F bld. SDK has done a lot of upgrades to the apartments and the community. New roofs, New doors, New HVAC, New toilets and new community center which has a pool and fitness center. Its a good safe community.

We have been living here and I must say I love living here but my experience has been spoiled by Barbara, her atttude is very unacceptable. She is not educated by any means and unqualified for the title as a property manager the way she speaks to people is like they owe her something and no one owes anyone anything we should all be treated with Mutual respect. Her behavior is very offensive and due to her constant rudeness and insentivity I will not be renewing my lease within this community HOPEFULLY Corporate is aware of this and understand that It reflects badly on there company, and it also raises a measure of doubt within my mind as to whether others should continue living in this community.

this complex is horrible the apartments are old and outdated only way you should consider if your going to an upgraded apartment they are beautiful but be willing to pay 1800 and up, It's frustrating when you are paying your rent on time and your not a tenant that has constant problems, maintenance takes a very long time to complete any issues you have within your company yet they expect you to pay your rent on time. Barbara who works in the office has her days sometimes she rude and sometimes she can be nice but she her approach to situations are unprofessional. Kayla is very nice and actually gives you the opportunity to explain things to her which I believe is the administrative assistant. My main issue with this company is they make promises and cannot keep them.

The apartments are larger than in other complexes. There are tennis courts and residents have the option of joining the pool. Guest coupons are available at 3/$15. No assigned parking but there are usually spots if you get home before 8 or 9 pm. Garages are available at $60 per month. The hardwood floors are gorgeous, but they creak. Cats are accepted.

The apartments have been spacious and is near to warren, where I used to work. Apart from being spacious the apartment had a convenient location for the washer and dryer.
