This place is full of bedbugs and cockroaches .. the managent doesnt care about tenants at all.. you stay there for years they dont paint or upgrade your unit

The snow is not plowed well; therefore parking can be a nightmare especially in the winter. Easy maintenance problems are fixed quickly but the bigger ones are not dealt with. Outside can be noisy at times. Spacious apartment and safe area.

I have been living in Tivoli Gardens for four years now and I just love it. The neighbors are very friendly and willing to help each other out. Whenever there is a problem with something in the apartment, it is fixed or tended to, promptly that day. The office manager is friendly and nice whenever I need anything or just to chat. The grounds are also well kept. Overall, it is a nice place to live and the price of the apartment is reasonable considering other places in the area.
