Very near to grocery stores and a couple of urgent care facilities. Everything seems convenient. Nice view of the mountains.

It is relatively safe, with many older families in the neighborhood. It is affordable, and they just repaved the streets. It is not too far to walk to grocery stores and other establishments.

I like that we have a lot of land and the neighbors are not too close. I like the splash pad and parks and stores are 20 min drive away
