If you are planning to move to this apartment community, be ready to pay for renovation of their apartment. Units and appliances are old. After moving out they asked us to pay $300 for "damage" to the microwave which was 14 years old already. The microwave was already damaged, we noted it in the move-in damaged items list. Yet after moving out they charged us to pay for full price. They threaten to send outstanding balance to debt collection agencies if you question charges. Besides, the units are old and there are many plumbing problems.

They have Roaches HUGE American ones that were here prior to moving in. Do not move here. The manager Sara and Bruce both do not help and are money hungry. They want money now not later. Do not move not a good choice! Save yourself the headache

The office staff is really great, they helped me a lot during my move in and maintenance takes care of everything. I am proud to bring my family here - it is clean, pretty, and everyone is so nice

While taking the tour, we noticed that grounds are well maintained , and the women in the office are pleasant and professional. Once inside the different models, we noticed that the spaces are just too small for the prices , and the remodels have a lot of flaws; gaps in the doors, base heater arent lined up to wall, paint jobs are too dark and not even.

Its pathetic. The maintenance manager (Bruce) gives charges randomly. They charge more and then they negotiate so you end up loosing all deposit. There is NO ONE to listen about you. ITS RULE - DEPOSIT will not come back... Bruce is trained to give full charges after your move out...

The parking is not assigned and is hard to find a parking nearby your apartment. There're so many apartments and the parking looked initially ok to me also, but it's really a pain everyday to find a space.
