    Parking is a issue. Lots of reserved spots. in certain areas. Apartments are old and out dated especially the bathrooms very old built in vanity cabinet. No installation You can hear everything from the apartment near yours entire conversations and everything that goes on in the bedroom , people walking loudly, it's terrible apartments need to be updated with installation.

    I think the parking is a big issue within the community and I think that each apartment should be designated one or two parking spots depending on the amount of residence in each apartment and if they rent a garage.

    Two designated, numbered parking spaces per apartment would help with the parking problems, as there are many nights that we arrive home with no parking available anywhere near our apartment, and yet there are plenty of vehicles without parking permits parked in resident spaces. Better communication between the office staff and the residents as far as upcoming work being done around the community is concerned (so as not to intrude on residents' personal space without their prior knowledge, and to avoid damage to residents' property). Also, receiving feedback in a timely manner in regards to concerns/complaints being brought to the attention of the office staff would be great. My fiance and I are not impatient people, however, when it takes months to resolve a problem, and more than one visit to the office to ask about the status of the issue, it becomes a little discouraging.

    I did not like the tax reimbursement on my rent. They should have put in the new lease, so we had choice to renew or not.

    Your office management staff needs to be more efficient,professional and effective with complaints. There should not just be a focus on getting the monthly rents and not the health and satisfaction of the tenant.
