Would not advise moving here. If they get your billing wrong and you bring it up with the office management, you can expect for them to do nothing about it. And then when you dont pay the amount you were billed which is higher than the amount agreed on in your lease, and dare only to pay the amount agreed to on your lease, you will be assessed a late payment fee.

I've been a resident here for 4 years. The new management is more responsive. Apartments are clean ,never no pest issues and great quiet location. Maintenance has always been the reason for the low reviews but other than that I can say it has gotten better and also some of the delays are due to the new upgrades.

Lived here almost 5 years. I've mostly had good responses to service requests, especially since new management, although that got off to a rocky start. Communication could be better. Not a very good job of cleaning walks during this past snow storm. A lot of slippery ice and slush left. Paths not cleared from parking lot to walkways. Grounds are kept up pretty well. I can appreciate that this is a challenge, as some of the tenants are slobs.

I enjoyed my time renting at Pheasant Hollow. Very pleasant staff, great location and if there was ever a problem it was handled in a timely manner.

I lived here more than 2 yrs. I liked the place because of its location. School, market everything is nearby. New Yorkers can take public transport to go to nearest train station. Neighborhood is very peaceful and safe.
