    Beautiful apartments but management is horrible. Sarah the manager is completely unprofessional and non responsive.

    There was a centipede infestation problem. The gym was on the second floor, kitty corner above my unit and people would run on the treadmill at 1am and it would wake me up. Management never managed to do anything about this. After Sandy it took months and months to get the elevators up and running and to get the carpets clean--the smell was terrible and the residents were extremely upset. Also, in three years we went through many management changes--the first guy was good but the rest were bad.

    The apartment was beautiful and very well maintained. It was centrally located within the town and access to the train station was excellent. The staff was fantastic and always willing to help.
