- The service office does not care about the losses of the tenant

Saddle Brook Apartments was positive initially. There was a leak in the ceiling due to a storm that they simpl Read Morey painted over - they were unwilling to address the source of the leak with a more comprehensive and appropriate solution. Furthermore, though the apartment was left in excellent condition, they refused to give me my deposit back. For these reasons I would not recommend Saddle Brook Apartments.

i didn't know what i was expecting moving in here, but i have to tell you the maintenance staff is top notch ! Read More the apartments are in excellent condition when moving in. There a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for.... if you want rats , roaches, poor maintenance, poor grounds, poor parking then move to a $600 a month project in paterson or newark. if you want a nice cozy place that varies with who your next too it could be your dream apartment or the ultomate nightmare it varies

Move in condition was not great. Countertops in kitchen were damaged with cuts on them as well as broken tiles Read More and chips in the tub in the bathroom. All issues reported but not fixed. When moving out my security depots was withheld since my damage report was "lost" when i moved in. I asked them to review records of previous tenant for damages since I only lived there a year and a half, but "no records were kept". I wonder if the tenant after me got stuck with the bill also.
