When I first moved here 4 years ago the prices were affordable. As of now, I wouldn't recommend any one to move here. The units are old and if there going to charge over $1200 for a one bedroom it at least need to have a dish washer. Find somewhere that's worth your money, don't waste your time here.

Imagine in the summer your living in apartment thats a Sauna with very thick carpetwith a ceiling fan ac unit that blows hot air you will pass out cause of dehydration its difficult to even breathe sometimes due lack of air circulation in the apartment. To be honest this place should be for low incoming housing the pricing isnt worth it. Dont move in cause of the affordable price trust me its not worth it!

Been living here just about 3 years love it here very quiet and Sandy and Francisco Are very helpful when it comes to any problems!

Lived here from 2017-2022. i enjoyed my time here. Residents are quiet for the most part and the staff is friendly. The apartment was pretty spacious and more than adequate for my time there. They do need to update the laundry facility, and parking can be a chore during snow storms, otherwise the rent is more than fair for this nice location and comfortable apartment.
