The building manager and staff are incredible, helpful, reliable and flexible with your needs. I have issues Read Morewith the building construction itself which seems to be an issue with all kinds. The floors are paper thin (I live on the 1st floor) and I don't think the 80% carpeting rule listed in the lease is enforced well. It really depends on your neighbors but when they are dragging and dropping things between 12-1am, you wish that carpet was required in the whole bedroom.

Would have given excellent rating but not really happy with the property finance manager. She's very unprof Read Moreessional and only thinks about her own inconvenience and not the tenants, and always unwilling to help. This has been my observations for years. Thank God, the in-house manager and maintenance crew are providing superb services and it makes up for the finance manager's very weak performances.
