Facility is old. Has bugs. Management stuffs are rude.

General Greene Village Apartment Homes Resident
Paint is chipping on the outside of the building trimming. In the past month I have come home at night twice Read Moreto someone else parked in my spot. When I called Morgan Properties they told me to park in someone else's spot which of course I did not because I'd be doing the same to another resident.

Management needs to crack down on those pet owners who do not adequately curb their dogs.

The walls and ceilings are cracked. The wood floor is not fully in good shape and there's holes in some part.

There should be stricter rules for pet owners to clean after their pets. This is the only minus for us in the Read Morecommunity.
