If I could give this place zero stars I would! Very good friends of mine lived here and it was highly recommen Read Moreded to me when I was looking for an apartment. I fell in love with the high ceilings the spiral stairs in the unit the "central ac" and "laundry room" across my apartment. ... all of which have failed me since signing a lease with these people. It is impossible to get in touch with anyone in their offices via phone call unless it's to rent a unit. I have been emailing these people since the 1st week of June 2017 to fix many things in my unit but most importantly my air conditioning...it is now the 2nd week in July 2017 and it still isn't fixed and I have yet to receive a reply from anyone....if I do get any form of contact its "maintenence" at my door all times of day even after 7pm to do NOTHING. The big windows allows the sun to come in hard core and without ac my apartment has reached temperature's of 90 degrees and above. I'm so done with this place! My rent has never been late and has never been an issue and I'm not on assistance so they receive 15k from me a year CASH! I have contacted the state of NJ and I started this month (July 2017) to withhold rent... my next step is my lawyer and the local news! They advertise luxury yet living in a huge apartment with 2 toddlers(one being semi asthmatic ) in the middle of summer with no AC ISN'T LUXURY! The "superintendent" is never around the fire alarm for the whole building goes off at least 4 times a month
( which let me remind you I have 2 toddlers and it's scary each time it happens as we run out of our home not sure of what's happening all times ofor day including 3am) the list goes on! Such a beautiful place to go to waste. As soon as I can move I'm out no question!

My overall experience with living at Grand Court Villa is a mix bag. I fell in love with the architect of the Read Morebuilding and truly adore my apartment as well as the other residence. The building''??s staff are a great group of people and the maintenance staff work tireless. Even owners of the building are very likeable and will work hard to make your residence at Grand Court as pleasant as possible but living in a converted factory has its drawbacks; high electric bills and leaking roofs.
