Its nice community with nice people. Their maintenance work was awesome. With in one day respond and repair.apartment quality is good.close to shopping and train station. Safe place to live.good school etc.

Management is very attentive to the needs of its' Tenants. The exterior of the apartments including walls, sidewalks, lawns, driveways and pool are kept very clean and in an excellent state of repair. Snow and ice removal is prompt and thorough. Maintenance of interiors is prompt and thorough and done right the first time. Whenever it is necessary to deal with the on-site leasing/management office responses are courteous, respectful and as accommodating as the rules allow. It is very quiet

The layout was amazing! We stayed in a one bedroom, but you couldn't stand in the middle and see every room- it actually felt more like a house feeling. I commend the person/people who designed the floor plan. Also, the large windows were amazing and really helped from feeling closed in. The only complaint we have and teh reason why we moved was due to retired, persistant smokers that lived below us. The smoke ran through the walls and duct work forcing us to leave.
