Initially, the exterior grounds and property are what appealed to me, especially the pool. However, the management company should do more to enhance the experience for renters, and consider upgrading appliances. In addition, this might reduce the noise level that comes from older appliances such as dishwashers, air conditioners, and old plumbing, which can be extremely irritating and disruptive. I moved to Wayne Village to lower my monthly expenses and although $1500.00 was a decent reduction from what I paid previously; the quality of life here does not warrant that kind of rent. Renters are more likely to stay if you invest in some decent upgrades.

When looking for a new apartment we wanted something that was pet friendly, well maintained and structured with both a friendly and attentive staff. As soon as we came in for a tour, we realized all our needs would be met here at Wayne Village. The team really goes above and beyond when it comes to making sure that all of our issues are resolved and that we are completely comfortable here. The staff is extremely friendly and approachable, and genuinely seems to care about any problems that arise; working to resolve them promptly. The units are quite spacious compared to other apartments we had viewed in our desired price range, and they have a fantastic layout. The fact that most utilities are included is really an added bonus if you are looking to get as much as you can for your money. It is easy to predict how much each month will cost and budget accordingly without any surprises. In addition to that, the amenities offered are also quite pleasant. It is very reassuring to know that if we need something washed, numerous laundry facilities are on site; if we would like a garage, we could apply for one; and if we would like to go to a gym or pool, we have the freedom to enroll in either of those things right here from our home. We would definitely recommend Wayne Village to anyone who is searching for a fantastic apartment community that sincerely cares about its residents and wants everyone to feel at home!

While well-intentioned, the management/leasing staff at Wayne Village is quite inept. Their unfamiliarity with the precise leasing terms and conditions caused a good deal of stress that could've easily been avoided if they were better educated in regards to the leasing process.

Wayne Village is one of the better apartments in the area. I would recommend it to any person looking for an apartment. The buildings are attractive and the landscape far outshines the neighboring complexes. The neighborhood is relatively safe and shopping is nearby.
