All the things in your apartment will most likely cease to work at some point, there is dog poop everywhere, there is zero guest parking, and your car will probably wind up plowed into its parking spot behind a fortress of tightly packed snow and ice during the winter... but if you are really desperate for a place that allows pets, then by all means live here. Just don't expect to be able to reach the management office (and you'll be needing them literally all the time).

like the others said, your calls won't be returned weeks or even months, therefore your matter will not be solved.

The downstairs neighbors are two adults, three children and two dogs, stuffed into a one-bedroom apartment. Their tenancy is suppose to be temporary, but it is very disruptive for the rest of the building's tenants. In addition, many dog owners allow their pets to deficate in the courtyard. There are potholes in the entrance and driveway that are well overdue for repairs.

The sound proofing is not very good. I can hear my upstairs neighbor talking on the phone and even snoring.

They take forever to get back to you if you have an issue. When they finally do get back to you, they usually do not understand what the problem is even after you have explained again. The weekly/monthly maintenance is a bare minimum. This past winter we had ONE major snow storm and it was two days before many residences could get out. Some had to wait for three days.
