Valley Apartments

Here the heat and hot water are not included in the rent as in NJ these two utilities consume major portion of electricity. Also there are no recreational amenities like child play area and swimming pools. I feel the rent is bit more than its worth.

- Apartments are very noisy, especially on the first floor as the second floor is not carpeted - Updated apartments have good appliances and new window units - Insulation around the window units is poor, increasing the cost to heat in the winter - High cost to heat the apartment with the electric baseboards compared to gas - Water heaters are small and in basement - hot water runs out quick - Management is slow to respond to request, and has done a poor job of ensuring timely snow removal

It was a pleasant place to stay, the leasing office staffs are very good, they will fix all issue with in a day in terms of any maintenance issue. Always apartment will be cleaned well and especially during winter snow, the walkway will be always clear to move around. I like to stay in this place once again.

The grounds are always kept well. Constant improvements are always being made around the property.
