I wrote a requested on line and I called them. (I was unable to leave a phone message) They didn't bother at all to call. Here the question: If they don't care to do the small things such a phone call, how do you aspect that they would assist you to do anything else for you if you happen to rent one of their apartments and you need to call them in regard of any problem that you may happen to have with their apartment????? Trust starts with the little things.....

No parking. The super has ex wife living in another unit and they are so loud and disrespectful. Not to mention they have a guy selling drugs living with them.

Landlord company is not responsive. Lots of neighbors stacking sometimes 8 people (adults) in a 2 bedroom apartment. There is absolutely no parking so if you have more than 1 car youre screwed.

The property was tired and in poor repair. Roofs and siding were either damaged or dirty.
