Front office were 2 nice people and even showed me around and was able to answer the questions I needed.

Worst apartment ever! The only positive thing is their location. Bugs everywhere. Spiders crawling on my arm, ants, dead cockroaches the day I moved in. The paint and laminate flooring is just lip stick on a pig. Terrible communication, they don't call back when they say they will. I complained about the bugs and was told pest control would be spraying outside the next week, so I sprayed the apartment myself. I regret signing a lease. If the pest problem doesn't get resolved I will be reporting them to the health department. ****DON'T RENT HERE**** and ignore the copy and paste response they leave on their reviews. No matter how " discouraged they are about the characterization of their community" the spiders and cockroaches are still there.

The leasing office was very unhelpful while living here. There is no grounds maintenance team, the front gates never work, and they take forever to take care of any maintainable issues in your apartments as well. I wouldn't recommend these apartments to anyone.

I would say that it's fair because the location and landscaping are great, so it looks great on the surface. The interior and appliances are all very old and outdated, which they refuse to fix while we are still living here. They could care less if we chose to renew our lease or not. The price of rent keeps going up while the apartment keeps getting older. Sometimes it's impossible to get ahold of the office over the phone, and the whole staf, including the manager can be pretty rude.

Maintenance issues with the units are a big problem. It takes months for anyone to even come out to address an issue and then a couple more months to wait and see if anything will be done about it. My roof leaked for over a year before I was offered and alternate unit. The new unit has a dryer that doesn't work and all the fuacets leak! Now I've been waiting for a month for someone to come out and fix the new issues
