I am a current resident, and still debating my stay. The former management was great and very nice. No problems, even was very helpful when I couldnt find my house keys to lock up before work. New management has been inside my apartment twice a month, and is very rude and passive aggressive towards me. She is sweet as could be to my wife. I definitely do not recommend staying here due to the high roll over rate in this complex. Even if youre a good tenant and pay your bills early, they still want to scare you away and have new people come in so they make more money. Rude people in my opinion. If they make up reasons for inspection to come into your house, just to see who they want to push out, then the management better start looking at new jobs. Shed be better flipping burger patties.

I just wanted to give a special acknowledgment to the present manager Marilyn and Ray the maintenance supervisor!!!... The rest of the crew is great also... Marilyn has been extremely efficient and dedicated to this property and all of my fellow residents and assisting with all concerns...... when I have an issue I feel confident I am heard and the job will be taken care of ...Ray is prompt in fixing all service requests in a timely fashion. I have full confidence anyone would be happy with Marilyn and ray in their positions of managerial duties!!! so come check the artisan and come eat at the ponderosa brewery...Have Reiki check out ( Intutive Essentials).. Glass blowing and much more fun shop to explore on the community grounds!!!

Cheap looking build, small square footage and very closed off/chopped up layout although advertised as "loft style". I've never seen a loft with low ceilings, wall to wall carpeting and cheap, tacky linoleum flooring.
