Adequate mid-grade apartment needs lots of work and is poorly maintained but the neighborhood isn't terrible.

We are disappointed to learn of your experience here at Desert Creek, but will take this opportunity to improve. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We will use your comments to refine our efforts to ensure this issue does not happen again. We are currently down two maintenance men, however that is no excuse. We will work harder to make the necessary improvements.
