The management staff has completely turned over since I moved in a year and a half ago and at this time I do not know anyone of them so could not judge them.

On 3/21 I will have lived here 11 years. I am quite satisfied with my apartment and the safety and comfort I have experienced. My concern right now is monetary. I am aware of all of the improvements(patio, grills, package retrieval, etc.) you have made, but, because of my age, I can not take advantage of these perks. However, I just hope whatever increase there is in the rent will not preclude my being able to live here.

Mail boxes broken into taking up to 8 months to fix, very huge inconvenience. May be the reason I don't sign a new lease.

I moved in from out of state and they made the transition so smooth. It was really amazing. I am very happy with La Ventana property and management.

The place is aging. Renovations have been purely cosmetic. High prices are charged for old, substandard apartments. Owners are in Florida and do not care. I am moving when my lease is up. I can get a nicer apartment elsewhere for $300 less per month. This place is a rip-off.
