The leasing office was very unhelpful while living here. There is no grounds maintenance team, the front gates never work, and they take forever to take care of any maintainable issues in your apartments as well. I wouldn't recommend these apartments to anyone.

I would say that it's fair because the location and landscaping are great, so it looks great on the surface. The interior and appliances are all very old and outdated, which they refuse to fix while we are still living here. They could care less if we chose to renew our lease or not. The price of rent keeps going up while the apartment keeps getting older. Sometimes it's impossible to get ahold of the office over the phone, and the whole staf, including the manager can be pretty rude.

The water charges are questionable considering there is no meter for usage.

Maintenance issues with the units are a big problem. It takes months for anyone to even come out to address an issue and then a couple more months to wait and see if anything will be done about it. My roof leaked for over a year before I was offered and alternate unit. The new unit has a dryer that doesn't work and all the fuacets leak! Now I've been waiting for a month for someone to come out and fix the new issues

It is a nice apartment for a reasonable price. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and well maintained. Great location for me and plenty of parking. Good security with a fence around the entire property and gates that close at night. Spacious storage closet next to the patio. Cabinets are in only fair condition and I am told there is no plan to upgrade them. Fairly old kitchen appliances. I wish they would have the carpets cleaned after almost 5 years.

This is the first time I have lived in a unit that was infested with cockroaches and spiders. I emailed front desk and corporate regarding issue but never received an acknowledgement. I have to pick up dead insects every time I return home or chase living insects to dispose of them upon returning. Or I battle them at the front door to keep them from entering the unit. I feel that I am in a senor residence by keeping my TV and music down to a very low volumn to avoid complaints from upstairs.
