I love living here. The management is friendly and the staff is always ready to help.

Sunchase is in a good location to reach any part of Albuquerque quickly, as freeway access is close, but there is a quiet air about the property. The office staff give quick response if anything comes up and the maintenance staff is very prompt and knowledgeable. It is a big property, so the noise levels and placement of residents can vary, but overall a tranquil nicely landscaped place to life.

Edit in response to their updated reply. 4/25/24: You say there is no damage but we were harassed by your two managers upon move out. They tried to take our entire $300 deposit plus charged $200 by lying and accusing us of stealing and not paying when we did not steal anything and we did pay every single thing we owed you. The whole lease term you guys were constantly trying to be inside the apartment and failed to give proper notices to enter and you guys left a giant hole in our laundry where we could see into our neighbors bathroom for over 2 weeks!! You guys did a lot of damage and still have yet to respond to my email with all documentation proving your managers lied and committed fraud against us. Edit 4/23/2024 : You have yet to respond to my email with the documented video proof (sent email on 3/28/24) that shows those items were not missing and the documented conversations with Sierra pertaining these charges you're claiming we did not pay. & you only waved those charges because we had our lawyer send over a demand letter pointing out that legally you were required to because you failed to give the itemized list before 30 days, but regardless we had proof showing this was false. We were going to take this to court, which clearly we should have with how you lack the ability to take responsibility for your actions im going to look into if I can continue to take this to court because EVERYTHING is documented. I sent you a fraction of the evidence we have and what I sent you is proof that everything you’ve claimed is a lie. Original complaint: Don’t move here unless you document every single thing because they will lie about everything and accuse you of stealing the blinds and mirror closet doors to pay for their upgrades. Thank goodness I take videos of everything or else they would’ve kept the deposit plus charged us $400. Beware. They’re nice at first. I read the low reviews and thought maybe it was them not sunchase but it’s most definitely sunchase as long as Sierra and Andrea are the ones you’re dealing with. Also be ready for them to enter your apartment once a month for whatever excuse they have. Edit in response to their response: love the automated response when others get personalized responses. I’m currently in contact with you and with Andrea while she is lying about everything not knowing I had the video proof. Now we’re just waiting on your response to the video receipts still.

Absolutely rude management and sketch maintenance people always trying to be in your unit and watching your every move. Even caught the younger one with puffy hair casing patios and even jumped into someone’s patio (not sure if he took anything) and he then jumped out a minute later and took off towards the management building. Just overall horrible. For what you pay you might as well just go to prison at least it’s free there.

If you’re willing to pay a 20% hike each year on rent then go ahead, manager is rude don’t know how to be lenient and flexible to their clients.

The neighborhood is a little rough, but the apartments felt very safe. Well lit. Never had an issue with any of the staff - they went above and beyond for us usually. Only used the laundromat once but it was a decent experience. The units are pretty and the neighbors were all respectful and quiet. Pet friendly! Lots of good places to walk our dog and go out with our toddler. There is even a playground in the complex. When we moved out it was seamless. Prices are steep, but that’s pretty typical nowadays, unfortunately.

Very unprofessional and unethical Tell you security deposit is refundable take very long to process your application and then refuse to give back your security deposit when you sign somewhere else. AVOID THEM
