When I first moved in, I didn't have hot water for the first 6 months and they didn't get the plumbing fixed until some of the other tenants had to start putting a class action lawsuit together (wish I was joking). And since the apartments were taken over by new management in December 2019, things have really gone down hill. The last management was also incompetent, but at least they were friendly unlike the new managers. They hiked up the rent significantly when they took over (nearly $300 more a month), even though I still live in the exact same apartment? Not sure how the apartment complex magically changed overnight to justify charges those prices, when it looks exactly the same. Don't expect to get your money's worth with rent. These are mediocre apartments at best and they're charging fancy apartment prices. Trying to get anything done here, either through the maintenance crew or front office, is also a nightmare. I've had to call over and over again (to the point where it feels like harassment) when I have an administration issue or emergency repairs (for example, it took almost 3 days to have my A/C fixed while the interior of my apartment was over 80 degrees last summer).

I really like the community. Staff members and maintenance team are all very nice and helpful! Ive never had a problem and I feel very safe within the community. Its a great place to live!

A great community and apartment, perfect location, a few move in problems though. Didnt get to see our apartment or one of the correct size before move in. Thought it would be more spacious.

Decent apartments, but overpriced for the age of the property. Staff is courteous, and the property has been relatively safe from theft and vandalism.
