while living there every maintenence request was never fulfilled. when hot water was out we suffered roof damage and were not accommoded until weeks into the issue, even then the accommodations were solely lacking, having to select a time slot plus needing to wait 15+ minutes just for water to heat up would not recommend unless things change drastically

******RENTER BEWARE******* ******AGGRESSIVE DOGS PERMITTED****** This place will do anything but their job. Not only is this place disgusting when you move in, they literally don't know how to run a company. You can get bit by a dog, and their total lack of respect is astonishing. The things that dare call themselves employees lack knowledge of thier own policies. They don't even ask for animal vaccines upon move in. Moving here was the worst mistake. Don't save a buck, go and get a lease with a real company.

This place is awful. Severe infestation of roaches. A mold problem that is probably illegal at this point. An "emergency water leak" at least every week resulting in them turning off the water. The management team is the worst of all. They sit in the office gossiping and do nothing. When something is brought up to them, especially complaints, they deflect and refuse to help. The price for rent is absolutely outrageous, especially for how little we are offered in return. I would recommend living pretty much anywhere else and avoid moving into a place where you're ignored and belittled.

Moving asap, infested with bugs and rodents. Management is unresponsive and nothing ever works, no pool or anything available as it describes in their lies above and on the website. Beware this is the place you want to avoid, unless you love creatures in your home and subpar living standards.less than one star

I love living at the Towers and call this place home. I enjoy the peace and security that comes with living here. Would love to see an ongoing program of updates to the interiors of the apartments, especially the kitchens and bathrooms. The spray treatment on kitchen and bathroom sinks/countertops is not at all durable. Cleaning the bathtub can be a nightmare as the tub has been resurfaced so many times, the layers flake off during cleaning.
