Living at the Homestead Apt was a great experience for me, beginning with Marisela the leasing agent and ending with Maria the property manager. The staff really goes above and beyond to make the move in process smooth and hassle free. I definitely recommend this rental property to anyone who is looking deal with a professional staff who really cares about your needs.

Homestead staff sucks, can't speak fluent English, and are absolutely not accommodating. Rent is OVERPRICED, appliances break easily (examples: blinds broken, fridge handle detached, cabinet hinges fall apart), and maintenance doesn't even show up to fix the issues. They give you notice of apartment audits (which have been done twice in the past 6 months) ONE DAY in advance. They try to get you to pay a $500 NONREFUNDABLE pet deposit with no exceptions, even when the animal is only visiting for the weekend. This place SUCKS, but I guess its fitting for Hobbs. This complex should receive NO STARS, take your hard earned money elsewhere. Oh, and the pool is tiny.

Excellent staff here at Homstead Apartments. Apartments are nice and beautiful, this is my first time moving out and being on my own and love it here.

Apartments are nice and have good finishes. Management is all over the place though. They let me move in after hours and told me not to worry about doing a check list since my apt was vacant for over a year. Moved out and they charged me over $150 in painting and miscellaneous cleaning (beware they make you pay for professional carpet cleaning without reimbursement upon move out, which I complied with). When I called for straight answer regarding charges they couldnt give me what the charges were specifically for).
