When we first moved in, they had told me everything was taken care of, pet fees and all. Each month I called a Read Morend asked them about the pet fees, each time they told me it was good. I come to later find out that the guy i that had told me the first time everything was okay was fired. On the notes they have, it said that me, him, and other lady had talked about that cats but i never made the payments for them. The day I moved in, I had give them a total of around $1,000 to take acre of first months rents and the pets deposit. Not once did anyone call me back to double check on where this was going once the man I talked to was stopped working there. Aside form that, they do not keep up with their trash bins. We has to pay a $50 each for taking the trash out and leaving it near the trash bin due to it being too full to pack any more in. They do not try to help or seem to understand that paydays don't always fall on days that rent is do. You can pay a bit off but the amount due after has to be under $300 to no get kicked out and under $50 to keep the internet. They only give you a week after the 5th to pay everything back, even if, like me, you are not paid till the week after. If you don't pay them by the day they say, they will kick you out a week or so after and have you pay everything you owe them and any legal fees. It seems like a nice place to live as a student or single parent, but they don't seem to be willing to help out.
