    Our family has found the staff helpful, informative, consistent, and friendly. The maintenance crew is responsive and we have been fairly treated. The rent price is fair and we love the pool in the summertime.

    Decent value for the cost of living there... Initially. After every lease period, expect a substantial increase in rent. My most recent monthly rent increase was over $100! Also, do not rent here if there is a chance you may have to break your lease. I got transferred for official government business, but they still stuck me with the associated fees. Also, it seems that they will not do their due diligence to get another occupant in your vacated dwelling.
