So happy with this place. I don't think I could have found a better place to live for this price, in Albany. The people in the office are always so kind, and maintenance always does a quick and quality job. It's nice being on such a quiet road, but still being walking distance from Ship's Pub, Caf Madison and other nice restaurants.

I think the Fitness Center can somehow be improved since the equipment there is a little bit old and sometimes out of order. That is the reason I did not rate Excellent.

The office and maintenance staff have been very helpful. The laundry room and fitness room are kept clean. the lawn band pool area are also well kept.
