They don't take care of this property. The buildings have mold all over them. There is not enough dog poop stations. There is dog poop every where. There is old Christmas trees thowrn in bushes never the property. The landscaping used to be beautiful but they have not replaced the dead bushes in 3 years. Management is unreponsive to there residents & blames upper management.

1) Maintenance response time was very poor. It often takes a long time to get things fixed. 2) Amenities in the club house were not well maintained. The pool table had broken sticks for two years. Often there were not enough sanitary wipes in gym. 3) We left the house as clean as someone possibly can leave, still, we got charged with multiple cleaning fees (Oven, Washer, Dryer, carpet, etc.) 4) With the very few days, we get pool time in summer, more often than not pool was closed due to not having lifeguard in duty. Management should pay attention to these issues. These are not very expensive items to maintain, it just needs a better management team.

Took over 6 months to replace my dishwasher. Would also spray pesticides with zero notification. Maintenance was slow and non responsive, but this experience was over two years ago so I'm sure they've been fired by now... if not that says a lot about who's managing that. Also everyone's doors stayed covered in spider webs.

We did a corporate rental in 2017! We did not rent in 2018 because we were told there wasn't anything available. Was a good location and we enjoyed our stay. Hopefully there will be something available in June 2019.
