I loved the apartment and the staff at Hudson View Park. The only thing that annoyed me about the building was the floors above. They were so loud. You could hear every step people took. The entire floor creaked. However, if anything went wrong in the apartment maintenence was always there to fix it as quickly as possible. The grounds were well kept, I felt safe in my apartment, the laundry machines were always in order and the entry ways were always clean.

Even though it has been almost four years since I moved back to Minnesota; I remember the people in the front office were very pleasant to work with.

The Rent Is High And The Mandatory "Entertainment Fee" Is Useless.. We Like To Make The Choices Based On Our Needs. Would Love To Have Real Central Ac Instead Of One Unit That Cools The Wall In The Living Space And Never Reaches The Bedrooms. Would Like A Garbage Disposal And Washer/Dryer In The Apartment. Prior To Our Move We Had All This For Almost Half Of What We Now Pay. I Recognize Higher Prices Here... Love The Management & Maintenance Crew. Always Available And Take Care Of Our Need

Their maintenance and upkeep on townhouses is no good. I was told I was moving into an updated and it wasn't. The appliances were rusted. Cabinets were greasy. All the walls look like primer paint and have dust stuck in it. There are cracks everywhere! My front window has been cracked since I moved in 4 years ago. Outlets are loose. I could go on. If I could afford to move I would.

Neighbours could be a little quiter. Landscapers can start work a little late and not early in the mornning. Would like to have a biger kitchen.

Management is great, their very courteous and the few times that I 've had to call them they came right away. The maintenance workers are always polite. The building exteriors could use alittle work, more specifically some updating, the parking would be the only negative if any. Some residents have 2 or more cars and take up all the spaces requiring you to park where the next row of houses are. I'm happy to have parking where I live but some people take advantage.
