This place is awful. Maintenance doesnt get back to you(been here 3 years and called about 3 times) and they never maintain or power wash anything. They gave me an eviction notice 2 weeks late even though they had my check but not my new signed lease(????) I had to pay lawyers fees! I have owned 2 homes and never late. Never here either. They admitted they had my check and that was after 2 years of being here. Rent goes up like $100.00 per year! Dont get sucked into this place. Im stuck and trying to get out. I do not recommend this place at all!!

Horrible maintenance doesnt answer for weeks move in to apartments with a lot of issues NO PARKING. Its like living in the city. They dont care about you or your apartment only rent money.

We haven't had any problems living here. I did not give a higher rating because of three things, laundry, traffic and parking. Sometimes you have to walk some distance to your apt. because there is never available parking where you live, and we only have one car!! The laundry machines are always broken & there is always a problem there. The traffic noise in the spring/summer is horrific. I wished they would have given us a better choice of location but they did't.why bother with a balcony!

The complex is clean, and well-maintained. The maintenance staff is just terrific!
