The Avalon is such a great place to live, it has awesome staffs and amenities. It was one of the best apartmen Read Morets I've lived in. The schools are great and there are lots of kids. I would be great if you have kids.

Excellent community, excellent management team and excellent maintenance team. With all the stresses associat Read Moreed with moving. it was nice to feel that i had a partner in the process. The Avalon in Bronxville made my family's transition into their community effortless.

Excellent customer service. Everyone is friendly and willing to help and have been extremely accommodating re Read Moregarding maintenance to be completed before move in. Great place to live.

The Avalon is not just a great place to live in, it is a very professionally run community with solutions that Read More ensures minimum challenges while moving in. The on-site team is well equipped and experienced to address day to day issues that might come up for new residents and the approach is very helpful and considerate. I am glad that I chose Avalon
