    Cindy is a terrible landlord and her property is severely lacking maintenance. First off the parking lot is a landmine field it's soo bumpy I saw a tenants vehicle brake down in one of the pot holes. I witnessed her ask a fellow female tenant to pick up a dead rat from the parking lot. There's trash blowing all over the lot at any given time, I'm soo thankful she raised the rent on us after a year of staying there. Me and my partner bought a condo and have never looked back.

    I really liked the location of the property. The leasing agent was warm and friendly. However, there was a misunderstanding regarding a tour of the apartment. I haven't seen it yet, but I was informed it is a two bedroom place. All of the apartments on this site are two bedrooms. Maybe the delay is fate because at the moment my paper work is moving very slow.

    The price that they're asking for on Section8 housing voucher is more than $400.00 than what the value is the place is worth.

    The reviews on the landlord herself, are spot on. Cindy has zero compassion for her tenants or interest in their well-being. I locked myself out ( the one and only time ) in the middle of winter, and reached out to Cindy apologizing for bothering her during the weekend, explaining what happened. Her immediate response was that there was a lock out fee of $25.00. Then went on to say that she'd let me know when she could be there-no concern, no compassion. We had an issue with a neighbor in our complex. Very loud, music blaring at 1 AM, and disturbing of the other tenants. This man was throwing glass and furniture out his window on more than one occasion, being erratic, throwing things at our window and entering our complex when we weren't home. When I reached out to Cindy to let her know, her response was that he wasn't doing those things. When my husband reached out to her to complain her response was to scream at him. Then mocked him asking him if he was scared. Which in fact was the case we were scared. After calling the police several times, and him being removed from the premises more than once, he was finally evicted. She has no issue nickel and diming you for anything and everything. We got the majority of our security deposit back, and left the place cleaner than it was when moved in. Again my husband reached out to her letting her know we left our keys and to please let us know if there was anything else that needed to be done, or if we could do a walk -through of the place to ensure we got our deposit back. She never replied. Recently we received our deposit and she charged us $5.00 for an unreturned mail key. She is the type of person who would rather charge you $5.00 then simply remind us to drop it off, which we would have. Fortunately the money she deducted is not worth having to deal with her again.
