Says pet friendly but they are not. They discriminating against pets weight. It don't matter how well behaved or the fact that your pet is 200% house broken they still discriminate against size. What a shame for a property that is charging rent like it's high end. Hopefully someone reads this and realizes that they are loosing potential residents over such rediclous policy's.

Loved living at Elk Terminal. If I hadn't purchased a home, I would still be living there! I had a beautiful 1 bed unit that was clean and had tons of space. I also loved the outdoor living area- many nights myself and other tenants would sit out on our patios grilling and talking making for a great sense of community.

I am getting ready to move in as I am moving to Buffalo for work. I was lucky enough to snag up one of their newer apartments as I was told they just expanded. I could not have been happier. An even bigger bonus, I am able to bring my little Yorkie Stella with me! I've looked into the surrounding neighborhood and there is so much already going on and I've been told that so much more is coming. There is a spot Canalside I believe it is called a few blocks away that I can't wait to go to with Stella every day! I also heard I have to try out the Tim Horton's that's there. I'm already excited to move to Buffalo (I currently live in St. Louis) and am even more excited since I found this spot to live in!
