Kings Gate West Apartments

The apartments that I viewed were clean and well kept. the staff was very friendly and helpful.

My townhome is so wonderful. I enjoy the grounds. The space my townhouse has is amazing. It's comfortable with a big kitchen. The living room is also large. I really love it. My family love's it too. The prime location close to everything.

Place was neat and comfortable. Neighbors were OK and snow removal was appropriate.

The apt. And grounds were kept excellently . Very clean and net. Staff was kind and efishant. I enjoyed my stay very much.

the maintenance service is good in some aspect but not all aspect otherwise I am happy to stay here

it was good, they snow plowing on the main road was not great. but maintenance and office staff was perfect.

I am on my 5th lease with Kings Gate and absolutely love it here. The property is consistently being improved with projects such as new roofing, garage upgrades/cleaning, new washers/driers, as well as upgrading the way the security doors are accessed. The women in the office are absolutely amazing and I have never felt unwelcomed when going to them about an issue I am having. On top of them being very quick about any concerns, they organize a pool party every year that includes food and a DJ for a nice community get together. Maintenance is very quick with getting repairs done, and just as quick when I lock myself out of my apartment for the 10th time this year. The maintenance crew does a great job with the lawn care between the mowing and cleanup. With the amount of open lawn space it is a great place for kids to run around and play, or have the family come out and hang outside for a bit. They even have swing sets set up for the kids to use. I have had no issues in the winter either as they are quick to keep the roads clear. Everything I need is basically walking distance from this complex, though I am the type of person to drive my vehicle 2 doors down. Township 5 is a 2 minute drive from here and has food, a movie theatre, a pet shop, and a Costco. About a 5 minute drive away is a Walmart and a Target. There are a ton of shops in such close proximity to this complex you almost never need to actually leave the area if you don't want to. And if you do, we are right up the road from 695 which turns into 690. They are going to be stuck with me here for quite a bit longer.

I was visiting someone who lived in the complex and found dog poop quite literally EVERYWHERE! Dog feces can carry diseases. How disgusting. Says a lot about the complex..they don’t care at all. Children play here and they have to avoid dog poop everywhere. Sad. There is also black mold..not kidding you, EVERYWHERE. For the price they charge per month management NEEDS to do better. How pathetic. I remember these apartments were a great place to live at one point. Truly an embarrassment. what’s with all the positive reviews and responses from management? It’s like they ask certain tenants they know that will only leave a positive review to leave a review. Fake. Also, why is this the only complex to not have security cameras? You’re telling me the tenants pay so much in rent each month yet the complex doesn’t have security cameras? Do better for your tenants. This complex is disgusting. Edit: since the owner can make a response and not address the dog poop matter effectively. Dog poop carries a number of diseases like ecoli. It’s NOT ok to have property grounds covered in dog poop. There are CHILDREN living at the complex! CHILDREN. read that again. You put them in danger when you don’t address the situations. What about the elderly people that live their as well? They are high risk for infections. DO BETTER!

My family and I have lived here for over a year and one lease renewal. The office management I've had nothing but super positive experiences. They're wonderful and very personable. Tia, Robin and Rose are always willing to work with us. We've had some odd situations that were always worked out for the better. I strongly recommend looking into them. Thanks guys for all that you do!

Firstly I want to let people know that the manager of the complex is extraordinarily resilient and understanding of individual tenants needs and desires for a quality home and living experience. Rick has years of experience in the housing area, and makes every effort to help people if they need it. That said, the staff of Cheryl and Rose made my efforts to find the perfect townhouse apartment a pleasurable experience. I have a quiet spot that is ideal for my unique needs and I wouldn't find a place as practical and convenient as this anywhere else in the Syracuse area. I also know the maintenance staff by name and they are responsive to every need, down to changing my light bulbs on Christmas!

I had an extremely tight move in date. Cheryl was able to make accommodations very quickly! She was most helpful and even guided me and made moving a breeze. If you ever need to call Maintenance, they are at you door in record timing. Apartments are well kept and extremely clean. You will not find better accommodations for the price!

My fiance in June went and saw the townhomes and apartments. Cheryl took out her time to show us both and we fell in love with the townhomes. We can't wait till we can move in at the end of our lease. So please stay in contact with us and we really hope you will have the larger townhome available in Feb. Or March 1 2017. This is our l last move, so we can't wait for us to move in and make it our home. Thank you again!!!!! Gordon and Phyllis.
