    As previous posts mention, the apartments are overpriced. Rent continued to rise significantly with no added benefits (i.e. no pool, gym, community center, etc.). Units are constructed with cheap material that damages easily, then they will charge you for the damage. Location was a positive and maintenance was friendly. Management is subpar.

    Your place looks wonderful and Believe I would be happy there. I am trying to sell my home at this point and I am on section 8. Do you accept section 8 as part of my payment?
