Terrible, terrible, terrible. Do not rent here. Appliances, kitchen and bath fixtures are cheap. Building has absolutely no soundproofing. People complain about living in the front side of the building. Well, back side is just as bad, you hear highway/traffic noise. Management now desperate to rent so many empty units, says a lot. Surrounding restaurants and stores are all closing or closed.

The Danforth is a beautiful apartment building and has amazing amenities, but at times can be unfriendly. Residents and certain staff members can be rude and fail to speak or address people with a simple "hi." Granted it is apartment building and everyone has their own personality, but if we all share the same space, then superficial characteristics like race should not distinguish how and when you greet a person or do something as simple has hold a door.

Construction is poor. You hear your neighbors and Constantly hear the apartment above you the kids playing and your dogs walking around in the middle of the night we are extremely unsatisfied.. I will leave but it's pretty difficult to break my lease we feel like a prisoner here

We really enjoy living at The Danforth! Location is excellent. The apartments new and very nicely appointed. Five star maintenance team. Management staff is very pleasant and responds promptly. My only complaints are the parking garage ramps are too narrow and spaces are tight; otherwise, very, very happy! Thank you, Danforth Team!

The apartments are new and spacious which is lovely. The nest thermostat system is nice and the amenities are adequate. Location is good. Parking garage is convenient. Unfortunately, much of the construction is of poor quality (floors, paint, and light fixtures.) We hear significant noise from neighbors every single day - morning and evening (this will probably be a deal breaker for us in resigning a lease) We were disappointed to discover that recycling is not available in the building.
