I was disappointed in the most recent landscaping project. More specifically, the lack of concern for the residents and how poorly managed it was. There is still debris in the streets, including pieces of glass and large rocks that we need to navigate around, not to mention potential damage to tires.

Everything id great except it is too narrow at the beginning so usually one car must pull over to make room for the the other one tp pass. And parking up front seems congested.

What makes norwich gate so great is the maintainance guys. They do such an outstanding job, winter,summer, spring and fall. If you have a problem they are there to help. I have heard nightmares of other facilities waiting weeks to get things repaired. Also, the safety of this place. I love it so much I moved my mom in. We have been looking for a bigger place to buy in oyster bay but can't find what we have here at norwich gate. Keep up the good work!

As A 90 Year Old ,After I Sold My House I Was Told About Norwich Gate From A Friend. From The Time I Met The Leasing Agent To The Present Time, It Has Met More Than My Expections. The Personll Have Been Most Helpful. What A Pleasure It Was This Past Winter Not To Have The Problem With The Snow.

Grounds are kept very well and the office and maintenance people are always very friendly and cooperative. Added benefit are the pool and new gym.
