The place is fine, clean, well equipped. The problem is they are a large national company and do not care about the individuals renting their apartments. When it is time to renew your lease, be prepared for a big shock. They informed me this year they are raising my rent 20%! If you are planning a short term stay fine, but if you plan to stay, expect having to move! (My experience is not unique, it is fairly universal for avalon)
