This is a very nice complex. It is quiet, safe and well maintained. I love that the parking lot is well lit, and the inside common hall lights are always well lit. The apartments are well maintained and the superintendent, Vinnie is friendly and responsive.

Having read the really poor review, I couldn't disagree more. The complex is very quiet, very clean and extremely safe. The courtyards are well manicured and the areas are extremely well lit at night. I am a female living here alone, and never feel afraid. I would recommend to any professional looking for a nice, safe place.

Terrible management, loud neighbors, people keep taking my parking spot, poor snow clean up, garbage piles around dumpsters, super is useless. Do not live here! Avoid Fairfield!

Don't bother living here. They are expensive, do not make repairs, and have poor winter clean up. Poor customer service. You would think they would take better care of their property with the high rent costs.
