The location and upkeep of the grounds is good. Maintenance issues can take quite a while to get resolved though.

i lived here for 2 years for the most part its been good in my bldg 457 not 437 the walls are thin and we have teens living here that are noisey at times with no regard to others. the super is wonderful. the apartment also when having diffculty with rent they seem like they would rather take you to court then work it out.

Been here for about 3 years. They raise the rent $70-$100 each year. It's a bit much for what you get.
