Once again I am reviewing this Lake Grove property. I cant say enough how important the maintenance department is to the residents that live here. No matter how big or small your issue is rest assured they are on it. My lights in the parking light were out and my lock on my mailbox was broken maybe these are small issues to some but to me they were big I came home to my mail on the floor submitted a request and they came that day . I felt the lights being out was a safety issue and once again they were fixed right away. I will live in this community forever knowing that I am being taken care of by this maintenance team thanks so much for all you do for us

I just want to thank my amazing maintenance department for all they do I Im living here a year and a half and if I have any issues no matter how big or small I message the department through the builders app and they call me within 10 min and they take care of the problem and thats the most important thing for me because I have lived in other communities where I had to wait days before the issue was taking care of thanks guys for all you do

This place sucks. They dont care about anything but the rent. There are drug deals every night in the parking lots. They took all 4 tires off my car. They keyed my car. The place and the management sucks. I do not reccomend it.
