We live in a very walkable area. We have stores, schools, doctors, dentists and other conveniences nearby.

i like that i am near the beach and like to walk on the boardwalk during the day. there an abundance of restaurants and bars located nearby. i like to go to the beach when it is warm with my husband

Don't need a car. Everyone bikes. Local bus for just the town. Beach town. Access to restaurants and bars. Family owned.

We live on the beach. There are several close restaurants. We can walk almost anywhere. The view of the beach is pretty.
