Its a disaster. No one answers the phone. If you complain they punish you by raising your rent. Its mostly section 8 so youd think theyd want full price tenants. People screaming all day and night and blasting music while revving the cars engine. If you need something you are on your own. No concern or knowledge of tenant rights. Im afraid for my safety. I was warned I will not get my security deposit back regardless of the apartment condition. The price is exorbitant for living in a ghetto.

Do not move here, terrible management, if you want to die early from cancer then this the place. Old and nasty and filthy apartment. Please look somewhere else.

This apartment complex is the worst place to live. I am paying high-end rates to live in a dump. Maintenance requests are never completed while the apartments are falling apart. Communication is always lacking; the staff, the manager, will never get back to you.

I still haven't been approved for the apartment yet but so far the rep that has been helping me has been amazing, very nice assertive and on point. I cant wait to be able to call it home
