Would love it if apartments had assigned spots in the parking lots. My building has a small lot and people tend to fill it up from other buildings in the winter, causing me to have to park in a lot further away. Our building is set off to the side, and the nearest lot is a decent walk in the dark.

I was there a little over a year and I only had one problem, and that was with the washing machine and they fixed it.

Everyone from the property managers to the maintenance crew were exceptional with their prompt response to any concerns or issues relating to the apt.

It was clean when we moved in but a piece of the microwave door was chipped. I went online and used the maintenance request form. It was done right away. Any time i needed a repair it was done quickly. Air conditioning and heat worked fine. The only thing I didn't appreciate was being told when i was moving out that the whole rug had to be replaced eventhough it was only wear and tear on the section in front of the door. So i received a lot less of my security deposit.
