Do not move here! The entire building is currently undergoing massive construction and so far it seems that no Read Morething will be completed on schedule. Elevators never work, we've been taking the stairs due to long wait times and lines of people stretching to the lobby. Management is constantly making excuses as to why the elevators don't work. Additionally management is indifferent to all residents concerns about this ongoing, very disruptive construction. Furthermore we are paying for amenities that have not been available for almost a year. Rents are still sky high even though we are living in a noisy, dirty, eye sore of a construction zone. Please look elsewhere to rent in Chelsea.

It's a nice building with friendly representatives but is currently undergoing a lot of poorly managed constru Read Morection. When all of the work is over I suspect the building will be extremely enjoyable again but until then I wouldn't necessarily advocate moving there.
