Nothing is included in your rent (which is way way over priced to begin with) but you must also have carry 100k insurance to cover their building, pay for water use, trash removal, gas/electric use and cable. The pool is only open for a few weekends (sat/sun until 5p) during the summer and a little extra over spring break(changes every year but this was the most "open" I've seen it) . Courtyards and bbq areas are not for your use (cant have chairs or a bbq out because they must stay on your patio). No common areas, game room or gym to speak of, which for $1000+/mo (just rent) for a 1br, you'd expect these things to be available. And Ive lived here for a few years and have seen more "groups" of management running this place then number of years Ive lived here (changes every ~8mo or less). Used to be worth living here but theyve done nothing but remove privlages and charge for more and more without making it any nicer. Would seriously recommend looking elsewhere.
