Regency Court Apartments

The apartment look s perfect is there a big difference in price for unfurnished versus furnished. Also do you accept section 8 as part of a payment?

I was a very happy resident and only left to move closer to work. I lived in a 2 bedroom pet friendly apartment on the 3rd floor and never heard any noise from neighbors for the 7 years I lived there. Rent was affordable and the location is great: close to Tops, Wegmans, Target, McKinley Mall and the stadium. I loved using the pool in the summer and they enforce a 2 guest limit which helps prevent overcrowding and promotes a relaxing atmosphere. In the winter, maintenance was always hard at work removing snow and the walkways were shoveled/well salted. Management was responsive to work orders and were accommodating to special scheduling requests; and management always called to follow up on completed work orders to ensure satisfaction. I was able to get upgraded flooring and countertops with lease renewals (at most rental properties upgrades are done upon move-out). The only negative I can report is that there was a thief in my building who would steal laundry and packages from common spaces, and there was little that management could do to address this. I am now renting at a property in the Northtowns and my resident experience has not measured up to the high standards I was accustomed to at Regency Court. Overall, I highly recommend this property for your next home!

My one concern is the hours of the workout room that is available to residents. The facility is open from 9am-6pm daily. Most of us are already at work by 9 am and/or just returning at 6. Can the workout room be made available earlier in the morning and later in the day. I do not feel that I am getting the benefit of the facility that I am paying for every month.

Overall was a good experience living at this residence.
